This Policy should be read together with the P-Spot Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Examples may include:

  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • These services may collect information about interactions with P-Spot and other websites or apps.
  • You can usually manage advertising preferences directly through your browser, device settings, or the advertising platform itself.

4. Location & Device Information

Because P-Spot is location-based, we may collect:

Please note that disabling some cookies may affect platform functionality.

You may still receive non-personalized advertisements even if you opt out of targeted advertising.

8. Do Not Track

At this time, P-Spot may not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals because no consistent industry standard currently exists.

9. Children’s Privacy

P-Spot is intended for individuals who are at least nineteen (19) years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 19.
